Below are our Frequently Asked Questions and the answers to them.
Q: WHERE DO YOU PICK UP FROM THE AIRPORT?
A: From the main one “Suvarnabhumi Airport” (BKK) we pick up from information counter next to gate 3. This is on arrival level (level 2). Our driver will be waiting and holding a signboard with your name in front of the counter. When you finish your immigration process just walk out and go straight to the counter next to gate 3, no need to take any stairs.
From the other airport “Don Muang Airport” (DMK) we pick up from gate 2 inside the arrival hall. This is at the ground level. Our driver will be waiting inside the hall, at gate 2 holding a signboard with your name. Again no need to take any stairs when you finish your immigration process just walk out and go straight to gate 2 to meet our representative.
You can always check with the driver that they’re from Huahin Smile Taxi. The authorized drivers will always have your information such as your name in booking and the detail of the destination that you’re going.Q: ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES ON THE PRICE?
A: No there are not. You can rest assured there will be no surprises. All tolls, taxes, and expenses will be covered by us. Tipping is voluntary. When on some rare cases there are extra expenses we will always inform you beforehand.Q: HOW LONG IS THE TRIP FROM BKK AIRPORT TO HUA HIN?
A: It normally takes about 3 hours on normal traffic condition. If you’re leaving Hua Hin to catch a flight we recommend leaving the hotel around 6 hours before the flight for stress free travel to the airport.Q: HOW IS THE PAYMENT MADE?
A: We accept cash to the driver on most trips. On some trips we might require advanced partial reservation payment or full payment before the trip by credit card which we will inform at the time of booking.
