Below are our terms of service, change & cancellation policy, and our arrangement for extra accessories (child seats).
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
At the information counter next to gate 3, arrival level (level 2). Our driver will be holding a signboard with your name in front of the counter.
Don Muang Airport (DMK)
at arrival gate no 2, arrival level (ground floor). Our driver will be waiting inside the hall, at gate 2 holding a signboard with your name.
Hotel, condominium, and apartment
At the main reception area in the lobby.
Other residential address
our driver will ring the bell or give you a call when he’s out front at the pick up time.
Please call our service desk + 669 2593 3553 (local 09 2593 3553) if you are uncertain or need help finding the driver. For flight delays, we would appreciate an email informing of delay before you take off from the origin
All vehicles are new, in excellent condition, with safety belts and air conditioner.
Our accepted modes of payment are:-
Cash payment to the driver
Advanced credit card payment (fees applied)
Our rates are all inclusive with no extra charges. Driver fee, tolls, fuel, parking and taxes are included. Passenger ferry fare (if applicable) is not included. Tipping is voluntary
We require partial reservation payment (normally 10%-20% of total) for the followings:-
Late night pick ups (after 10.00pm)
Advanced booking over 1 month (to lock rate)
Multiple-day booking (to reserve vehicle)
Change & cancellation policy
24 hours before the trips or before: no charge (This is for one time only. Subsequent changes will incur 300 Baht change fee)
After 24 hours before the trips: 300 Baht change fee.
72 hours before the trips or before: full refund
After 72 hours before the trips: no refund
We can arrange baby/child seats upon request at 300 Baht per seat per trip. Please let us know the age and weight of the child when making booking.
